After going through several comments, it appears that the service at the bar can be inconsistent. I have personally encountered this as well. On one occasion, I received excellent customer service from a bartender, but on another visit weeks later, the service was subpar. It seems to depend on which bartender is working. I am unsure where to start. I have frequented this bar several times, both alone and with companions. The quality of service provided by the bartenders is inconsistent. On some occasions, I have received excellent service while sitting at the bar. However, there have been times when the service was slow due to the bartender's preference for chatting with regulars. MUST ASK FOR NICOLE AS YOUR SERVER!!! Nicole was awesome she even remembered us when we came back weeks later. When I say remember...I mean remember REMEMBER! She remembered our drink orders from weeks ago and our food orders. I haven't seen such great service in a really long time. When it comes to the food I must say the TENDERS, FRIES, PICKLES, MEATBALLS, and PHILLY...were great!
