Server came to table 3 times, once with a mouth full of chocolate because she was on her "lady month". Ask me how I know! Had a man drop off the food, when I said thank you his response was un huh. They had 10 tables not 30 filled, it got busy when we were done! I went with my husband on guys night because I don't drive so mommy/ daughter date..his table left dissatisfied because 1 out of the 7 men never got his food! Don't expect your order to come out right, they always forget something. The food was hot this time, so there was a bonus. Our server disappeared after a while and never brought our check. They've started a new scan and pay with your phone at the table deal, but no one let us know until I was finally approached after waiting at the Togo counter.I've been burned by BWW before. We just wanted a quick lunch, but were reminded why we stopped coming. Ding dang, it's my own fault.
