Mel's catered for my wedding on 12/22/2023 and they were amazing! They were recommended to us by our wedding coordinators, who said they are always excited when their clients book Mel's - and their excitement was lived up to! We had an Italian food buffet from them with some pasta, chicken, salad, and roll options and it was all delicious, our guests loved our food. Bride's Review (used Mel's as Wedding Caterer) -- Mel's was absolutely a dream to work with. From the beginning, they were kind and flexible. We went to their restaurant for a tasting, which was delicious, and the food served the night of the wedding was just as great. We had about 260 people and served buffet style. When I lived in Spring this was one of my very favorite restaurants. It's a local institution.Their burgers are great. The onion rings and fried mushrooms are the best I have had, and their Chicken Fried Steaks are the best in Texas..!!!
