Only stopped at the Lindale location because I was hungry.. Got a grilled chicken sandwich combo. This was the worst I have got from Chicfila. My meat was literally covered in black stuff and was cold.

Felt like I was at a fararri pit stop with how fast I got out of there, the sandwich was nice and jucy the cookie was soft and the fries where fresh.
Update:: March 6, 2024 went by and had lunch. - we both got a Chicken Deluxe and unsalted Waffle Fries.The fries were perfect! Thank you Chick-Fil-AHowever, the sandwiches, tasted like pure salt. They were horrible.It was so bad we could not eat them. We were on our way to another meeting so couldn’t do anything about it at the timeOn the Saturday before, my sister had brought over some nuggets and they were just as salty,Chick-Fil-A please go back to the original batter so it tastes like God’s Chicken again?!!!!!God’s Chicken! Need I say more?
My husband and I were traveling out of town and decided to do a mobile order on the app. When we scanned through the drive through, it said there was an issue and we had to order and go through the line again. When I checked my app, it had two transactions. After we got our food, I went in to explain the situation and Meredith was super sweet and understanding. When I left, she called back an hour later saying that the other order came through. She investigated the situation, and was able to refund us for the second order. She was very sweet and the fact she took time to call us back really made an impact! For sure will be swinging by if we go through Lindale again!

They cut out curbside pickup and work trucks won't fit through the drive thru. They have a two lane drive thru, they should make one assessable to taller vehicles. As is they are excluding a large potential clienteleKid-friendliness: Still kid friendly but took out playground

Greedy. The disparity between the ever-climbing prices and the amount and quality of food you get in this chain is no longer worth it. On a busy day out, I got my family’s food elsewhere but decided to treat myself a chicken strip meal for the first time in a very long time. It costs us close to $60 to eat there otherwise. We used to enjoy taking our children to eat at Chick Fil A; if there was one on a road trip, that’s where we would stop. If there was one shopping, that’s where we ate. Sometimes the chicken strips at Chick Fil A are barely larger than a nugget… you never know what you will get in the box. Lemonade is now a .33 upcharge in a combo meal. On my last visit to the Lindale location, the waffle fries in my $10 meal were loosely filled in so that there were huge air pockets in the fry box. When I took off the top fry, I was dismayed at how few fries I had been given. When I fit the fries in as shown in the photo (none had been eaten yet,) it was clear the box wasn’t even remotely full. I had maybe 6-7 fries in a medium I paid over $2 for. A man would have finished very hungry. We have been dealing with them squirreling away the ketchups and sauces behind the counter and making us wait and ask for more (and some locations like in Arlington even charge for more than 2 and that includes ketchup for your fries!) for a while. They also senselessly closed the playgrounds for over 2 years my children would go and beg to play on. I really may be done with Chick Fil A. I would rather feed my family quality food at home and pack lunches for on the go— and every now and then spring for a decent table service restaurant— than frequent a fast food restaurant trying to clean our pockets. At least Chick Fil A had helped me re-evaluate my priorities. Love is lost.
