This location always delivers great good. It was a bit packed and we were seated near the front door which was cold.Kid-friendliness: This ihop was very kid friendly and the staff were amazing to every child that was there.
We were greeted pleasantly and our server Ashley was sweet and kind, but our pancakes and eggs were cold when brought to the table and $3.29 for soda is way too expensive, at least for that price, you do get ample coffee.

We normally have like a mediocre experience here but our server - “Smiley” - was so, so sweet. I absolutely loved her. I hate she was the only one working (I’ve been there) but she didn’t miss a beat. She was polite and kind and lived up to her name.My only issue has zero to do with her - I just wish there was more illumination of the building. It doesn’t look like it’s ever open!But the food was good and our server was A+ ?
