Just wanted to commend the young African American guy that was working lobby today. They where packed and he was still cleaning tables running orders and helping take orders all with a smile on his face. In this day and age that’s not something you see everyday and I hope his managers/supervisors see all the hard work he’s doing hopefully he’s up for a management position soon!

Normally, Jucy’s is great. Let’s start there.This was not one of times.Went through the drive thru. The girl taking my order was clearly more focused on whatever funny conversation I interrupted.The order took about 12 minutes, which I expected. However, upon getting home, I discovered our burgers were cold and flavorless. Also, there was no mayo. The girl even asked when taking my order if I wanted mustard or mayo, to which I said mayo.This is not the Jucy’s standard I am used too. Yes, I understand that the burgers will cool down between getting them and driving home. But when I got home, they were cold. Not warm, not lukewarm, but cold.I’ll probably eat there again, but Jucy’s, please fix this problem.

The burgers were great! We were very disappointed with the fries. I was excited because I love hand cut fries, but they were soggy and tasted like the oil they were cooked in needed to be changed.
Haven't been here in more than 10 years...stopped here on a whim, while visiting my hometown...I decided to try the crispy chicken salad with Thousand Island dressing...it was very good. I was pleased with the quality of the salad and it was filling.Parking: Parking, but this place doesn't hold a lot of people.Kid-friendliness: Families were dining inside. No play area, so be warned.Wheelchair accessibility: Has necessary accommodations for all guests to get in and enjoy the dining experience.

I normally love Juicy's. However, this one did not have it's act together. The beans were lukewarm at best, the cheese on the burger was barely starting to melt, the bun was cold and the fries were under cooked and greasy.

If you're looking for great tasting food, do yourself a favor and come during the day. I was served cold fries and cold burgers at 8:05 in the evening and management informed me that everything was broken down early for the night.*******************************3/01/2024I ordered through the app and it instructed that I pull into a curbside parking space and call into the building. I called 4 times and some answered 1 time out of all of the calls and disconnected the line. I went into the store and requested my order and asked if something was wrong with the phone line and the young lady working the counter told me no but to keep in mind that they are busy. Now, I kept that in mind but seeing the employees playing and leaning on the line meant otherwise. I'm still disappointed in this location because all i got today was bad customer service, cold food, and a coke that was out. I have not been to this location in years and it will continue to be this way from here on out.
