We picked up food today for several people at lunch today. We were ALL disappointed. The only good thing out of everything we ordered was the hush puppies and 3 of the 4 drinks. The fries in every meal were undercooked, floppy and greasy. The fish was cold and greasy. My diet Dr. Pepper was flat and flavorless. Don't go to this location.

The fish was good but the chalupas from Taco Bell were cold and not very good like usual. They remade it and the tortillas were warmer but the chicken was almost missing.

We haven't eaten at one in years and believe me, we haven't missed anything. We ordered here today (2) of the large plates and that was the ABSOLUTELY WORST food we have ever eaten. It was NOT worth $21.84. Brought most of it back to our dog. Best part was the coleslaw. The fish was soooo greasy, the fries were cold. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED, to say the least. If I could give a zero star I would. BEWARE.

Yuk. Fries were old and cold. Fish was hard and refried. Should have read the other reviews. Also doesn't pair well with the items ordered from the adjoining taco bell. Stomach hurts today. Not good.

Every time I buy fish from this LJS it’s ALWAYS old and NEVER fresh and too hard to eat and always refried. So I won’t be eating at this one anymore!

I would like to think that everything changed due to COVID-19, but that is unequivocally wrong. What we experienced today at your LJS was a complete disregard for customer service, food quality and overall brand disrespect. We ordered the 8piece expensive family meal. To be honest it was the absolute worse we have ever had at LJS in 30 years. Chicken was cold and fake. The fish was ok...barely. The fries were cold and the apperance was that school lunch quality. The coleslaw was average. This is for you the management or the owners: Fix these place or you will lose it. There is enough to see that nobody is in charge or less looking at the quality of service or the food. The are enough people on shift but the trashcans are overflowed. Boxes of something on the way. Fix it and we will be back and see.

This place is horrible. had a previous bad experience but decided to give a second chance. ordered a combo with slaw, extra tarter no red sauce. got my order and checked the sauces. 2 tarters andb3 red sauce. had them give more tarter. didn't check food. got home and had fries instead of slaw and the were mushy and greasy. the fish was hard and like it had been sitting out and refried to heat it. mostly batter with dried out fish inside. Will not be back to this LJS

Last night they forgot a fish in one off our meals, we pulled back to the speaker and let them know they missed a fish can they bring one out so our other food won’t get cold we were told in a rude way we have to wait our turn. After waiting in line 10min or longer we finally get back to the window we were informed by a employee named Jacoby he was the last in line and they put a fish in the box, I opened to box to show him no fish he then he tells us their was a fish in thei

This place was so dirty. The workers were very sow and rude. The bathrooms were filthy. Not a good dining experience.
Massively screwed up my order and then I couldn't call them because they had their phone OFF THE HOOK. Ridiculous
Food had to be returned to counter for them to correct the order. It took 30 minutes for daughter's order to be prepared.
