I have no issues with OutBack,the waitress was attentive to my needs,the food was good, the drinks?were good not powerful but ok, I go because there’s not a huge crowd and the atmosphere was calm.Parking: Parking is Parking
Tawnya and Brandon at the bar did me very well this evening with the food and drinks. Definitely would recommend them every time for anything. Great communication and skill at there jobs.Parking: I walked across from the hotel to restaurant and they had wonderful service at they bar

We ordered delivery via Uber from here for my birthday tonight. Wildly disappointing. Several things wrong with my order. No sauces, unloaded potato, salad still had tomatoes, no butter even for the bread at least, all items arrived cold. Not a single item was correct or done well and this was over an $100 order.Awful service and what a disappointing birthday dinner. We should have gone to roadhouse.

Do not waste your time trying to call this place. You will get an automated system I've called 4 different times to place an order and can't get a human to answer the phone period no matter which number you select during the automated nonsense. A total waste of time

My husband and I wanted a blooming onion. Food was delicious. If you are allergic to something, you might want to be aware that there is cross contamination. I asked for a loaded baked potato without the bacon as I am mildly allergic to bacon and there was a tiny piece of bacon in my potato when I got it. Other than that service and food was good.

Visited for first time in a while. Been going to various Outbacks for years. Generally good and predictable . This location is now using a hot spice,, maybe cayenne or curry . Not what i expected. Not to my liking for sure. Better off ordering without any seasoning. Order was not delivered correctly. One grilled , one pan cooked. Both ordered grilled. Vegetables were.not cooked enough as half were very crunchy. Some just perfect. Fyi.
We were there for dinner with my service dog, I had a medical episode. They were caring and understanding from the waitres, to the manager, and even the customers that were around us. I just wanted to say to be treated fairly and professionally was a great feeling. They completely let my dog do his job and they offered assistance if I needed it.Our waitress, Brittany, was great and our food was amazing( even though I didnt get to enjoy finishing mine). Thank you for not making me feel humiliated. The last restuaraunt I was in told me that I could not be having a seizure in their bathrom and told my kids that I was a drunk.

Looks like he loves his job and it was a pleasure for both of us to be served by a server like him!Thank you Outback for hiring such incredible people!The manager also stopped by our table to make sure we were pleased with our food and services! We will be back for sure!So fun to think we have a place like this to enjoy a good meal in Tyler, Texas!Simply wonderful all around!
