We all go to Panda for decent Chinese food that's quick and easy. This particular panda is neither quick nor easy. Its close, so I keep giving them chances and they keep letting me down. Only go here if you have an extra 10 minutes to sit around waiting for your food after getting to the drive through window only to be told they are working on it

I hate that every time I come here and place an order online they are always having me wait for my order for at least 30 minutes… most places prioritize mobile orders. Don’t go here unless you want to be waiting for 30+ minutes. The Broadway location is way better.

It's Panda Express nothing special but a quick meal. I got a plate meal. I decided that I wanted a double portion of the protein. What I got was one and a half portions. It seems like every time I go back they get cheaper and cheaper on the portions. Their noodles were mostly just cabbage.

I placed a pick up order at 10am to be picked up at 12:15. It’s currently 12:37 and I’m still waiting on my order. It makes no sense because I placed the order so early and have to wait almost my whole lunch hour to get my food. This Panda Express does not know how to manage time and ensure that they have enough food prepared. Deeply disappointed. I’d like to get a full refund. Worst experience ever.

I ordered online and attempted payment with Venmo. The other did not go through. I went to this location and made a new order and paid in cash. When I got home the online order went through as did the charge through Venmo. I have tried calling this location and never has anyone answered. I then made a dispute with VENMO and it has been denied. I will never eat at this or another Panda Express again.

They don't know how cool with broccoli. They was so hard to eat. And even zero sauce in this bowl. Stay away from this place.

I get Panda Express almost twice a week and it’s delicious. I always get the honey sesame chicken and the bell peppers taste so fresh. My favorite part of the experience is a worker, CJ. He always has a smile and seems so sweet. Customer service was a 10/10.
