Poch’s delivered to us in Overton on Christmas Day and even made a special dish for my daughter. Everything was fresh & so so good. They’ve always been wonderful and have the best egg rolls in town. Tamy at the front is hard working & knows her stuff. She’s happy to give any recommendations on the menu & is definitely has a customer comes first attitude. She’s amazing! Thank you- Poch’s! I have here before because of the food. This time around the customer service was not good at all. I was the only one there and this person was rushing me and was not being professional at all.I paid and asked if I could go ahead and get my drink that I paid for and she said I'll get it in just a minute..Then she started taking somebody else's order. I'm not sure what her name was but I think it was something like Karen.

One server was nice, one was rather unenthusiastic. The food was still good, but not as good as it was a year ago. A year ago you ordered and you could see and hear then making the food. It took a minute but it was good. Last visit the food came out almost as soon as we ordered, like it was made and they just put the appropriate sauce on it and sent it out. Like I said it was still good, just didn't seem as good as it did awhile back.
