Casual atmosphere, good prices, excellent food. Needed someplace quick to stop on the loop in Tyler. Employees were very friendly. It was my first time eating at Rudy's. Nothing fancy, but hey, it's BBQ. All you need is for the food to taste good, and it was. I had the turkey sandwich with potato salad and coleslaw for sides. My first time visiting this establishment I was offered samples to help choose from their menu. Staff were very helpful and patient Price was good for the freshness and quality of their meat. Meats are ordered by the pound except for sausages they are per the piece . Alcoholic beverages are sold here too.
