I ordered a turkey bacon club and the food was good, however this location is severely lacking customer service. The man that took my order in the drive thru was rude at every step of the way! It's rude to state "What else, what else, what else." From the time I placed my order until the final delivery. He even scoffed at me for no reason at the window and rolled his eyes. If you can't work in customer service, then don't work in customer service! I will not be back to this location....read full review
Delicious hot sandwiches and more. Went through the drive-through. They were timely, I wouldn't say fast but that's to be expected for a freshly made and toasted sandwich. ?

Learned today that I had to order our pizzas online which took longer than the old way of ordering at a kiosk, but after I had ordered my 4 pizzas and needing them asap, the staff was super nice and accommodating and had them ready in record time. Shout out to the Schlotsky's on South Loop in Tyler.
