Website says they close at 11pm. I was in the drive thru at 8:55pm and they wouldn’t answer or take my order. Drove by the window and seen 2 people just standing in there. Seen me and turned there back. Will never come back to this location. Isn’t the first time this location has had issues.

Car hop was nice. However I pulled in through the drive through because I'm in a work truck pulling a trailer. I needed 2 separate orders and was told they can't do separate orders in the drive through. So I had to park a truck with a trailer on it in one of the regular spots. Trailer poking out 16ft (luckily didn't have my 20 footer) and I was worried about someone accidentally hitting the trailer the whole time. The fact that I had to sit there and obstruct traffic around the building is ridiculous especially when there's a drive through I could use to avoid that. Won't be returning.
The app, google. and apple maps all said they closed at 12. I place a mobile order before 11, and it said they were coming. They had the audacity to watch me sit there for 20 minutes and then basically say too bad and not even refund my money. There was no point remodeling if they were gonna have the same terrible service.
