We didn't get a chance to try it one website shows it opens at 11am got there from Monroe, LA on our way back home to Dallas. We got to the location at 10:30am and no one was there. We were going to wait, but no workers were there starting the cooking. There are no signs on the doors stating the days/hours of service. I wanted to place a review and this site states opens at 12pm.We have been waiting for the longest for the right day to check you out.

We got lost in tha sauce! Best catfish in town! I had to get some hot water cornbread. This place is the real deal. Great atmosphere with fun, friendly people. Uncle Jack threw in some wings with the sleazy sauce knowing it would bring us back for more. #

This Travel Foodie has found her paradise!Absolutely AH-MAZING Experience! The fried lobster was out of this world...wait when I think about it more...all of the food was out of this world. Uncle Jack's warm personality only made the visit so much better. I have definitely added this establishment to my visit if the best Seafood Spots in Texas! Stop by, you gotta give Uncle Jack's a try (and tell him, "Dem Deltas Girls Sent Me"....

I don't know who's rating this but the food is exactly what the restaurant looks like on the outside. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. If you've ever eaten good seafood, then this place isn't for you. In addition, they don't have fresh brewed tea, Coke, Dr. Pepper or any other fountain drinks. However, If you like eating un devained shrimp in a thick batter or salty catfish, then this place IS for you. Good luck!!!

Awesome food & great service at reasonable prices. My wife & I enjoyed the catfish meal. Very good. I would recommend a visit. The building is a bit on the rustic side of things, but don't let that discourage a visit. The food is great.Parking: Parking is right in front of the building.
