Dr. Perro has been excellent with my child. My son had to get tubes in his ears over a year ago and just had his tonsils removed due to recurring strep. Dr Perro has been excellent the whole way and I would highly recommend for ENT.

We had two appointments for audiologist to test a two year olds hearing. First appointment our two year old was not cooperative. Second appointment two year old was cooperative but, we were told she would not allow probe in ear and they only have a single audiologist not a team the way pediatric audiologist would. We will refer you to Dallas!!!!! I was so disgusted, if you can't test a child just say you can't and don't waste our time.

Frustrating I had an appointment for a ct scan at 10 AM. Drove 45 minutes to get there. Arrived 20 minutes early. Checked in, sat in waiting room until 10:20. Receptionist said she go back and see if they were ready for me. 10 minutes later, receptionist had not moved out of her chair or made a call. Finally, after sitting and waiting until 10:30 I left. Guess I am too old school believing if you make an appointment you should keep it or explain why you can not

Worst dr ever. I live 2 1/2 hours away and drove to get seen for him to just tell me that he doesn’t do surgeries, and that I can use ear drops in my ear for a year to help it. I went in cause I’ve been constantly stuffy for over a year and I’m tired of it. He didn’t help me at all and left the room cause I said no to him wanting to give me ear drops.

Today my daughter had an apt. For after surgery follow up with Dr Dupre. Honestly the worst experience we have ever had! We got there 9 minutes (the weather was pretty bad today) They finally checked us in 5/6 minutes after we have been standing there in a line that has grown to 4 patients because there was only one check in person. I pay my copay and go sit with my daughter. A few minutes later the lady who checked us in comes to tell me "The Dr. Won't see you because you are 15 minutes late." Her "rule" is under 10 minutes. I tell her that we arrived under that time frame etc. She goes to speak with Dr. Dupre and she tells her she is already behind and won't see us... so pretty much she was behind and refused to see us due to that. There next opening wasn't until June. After we left I had to call for a refund!! We switched to ENT assoc. And will see Dr. Glass in a few weeks. Just a warning of how this place in run and the kind of Doctors there!

Beware, these guys added charges to a 30 minute examination not covered by insurance. I have a good supplemental insurance with medicare and they denied almost half of the charges.

When our primary cars provider informed me we were being referred to an ENT to look into surgery for my little girl's tonsils I was terrified. We met with Dr.Perros office and the nursing staff was kind helpful and answered questions as they flowed. Dr.Perro himself was an answer to so many prayers. He came into the exam room and kept my daughter at ease while examining her and speaking calmly throughout the appointment. Surgery was decided on and swiftly scheduled, the day of surgery came and again the calming presence of Dr.Perro kept this momma at ease as much as possible. We are now several days post op and she is eating and drinking incredibly well the nurse has called and checked in on her and we feel very blessed to have been able to have her surgery completed! Wonderful staff from the moment we walked in.

Appt was at 10:20 arrived at 10:10 waited an hr before was called back to exam room and was told they were over booked not an excuse! Rude staff here! If you don’t like your job go find something you like! No one has a smile on there face in the office! Orthopedic office in Olympic plaza!

I really don't know how this place stays in business. The level of communication is nonexistent. I have called and emailed and I still can't get the results of my physical from early December. What is the point of another appointment in a few months if I don't know the outcome of the first appointment? Sounds like a ploy to get as much from my insurance as possible.
