This is the best Wing Stop in Tyler. Food is always on time and fresh. Workers are friendly and very efficient. The manger Dulce runs the location very well!

I have been to this location many times (it’s the closest to me, unfortunately) and EVERY time my order is wrong. Every single time! And I don’t have a big order. How do you mess up a 6 piece?! This particular time upset me them “fixing” my order is just sprinkling the hot honey rub on one side of the wings. Not all over. I hate that this one is the closest!

My online carryout order was incorrect and even on a busy Super Bowl Sunday they corrected it and within 10 minutes I was headed home! Staff was apologetic and very friendly!

I really enjoy wings so this Wing stop has already on my rotation of “To-Go” places.I ordered their garlic wings meal for family of two with extra ranch. My order was fulfilled in a timely manner and when I came home with this order, I surprised Mama that we have Garlic wings for lunch. We enjoyed this wings greatly!I usually order the traditional buffalo wings or garlic wings to mix it up.Great place!

The customer service I received here today during lunchtime at the broadway location is the best I’ve received anywhere for a very long time. Was able to order all flats. And the wings were cooked wonderfully. I definitely recommend this location. I have stayed away from franchise restaurants due to usually bad customer service but this place was damn near perfect. 9/24/2023

They ran out of blue cheese dressing. I guess I can let that pass on a Sunday night. But the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there and the restaurant is not ventilated properly. It is filled with smoke from the fryers. Get back in the game Wing Stop don’t make me go to B Dubs.

Service was great, great people with great attitudes towards customers even at 11:59pm. Food was out in a timely fashion without compromising the quality of the food. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the demeanor they had towards the stores patrons will definitely be returning. Possibly even tomorrow evening.
