Don't let the looks of this place intimidate you!. If you like good soul food, plentiful portions & good company---this is your place. Mr. Halliburton is a passionate cook with a great customer service. I ordered the cabbage & potato salad as sides, and was impressed. Could definitely make homemade Mayo potato salad, instead of the mustard but I am satisfied none the less. Forgot to take pics of my food however it was delicious! They had basically run out of things however I was still satisfied. I had smothered pork chop, pig feet, yams, hot water cornbread, green beans and pinto beans. Enough for 2 days!

Great home cooked meals enough for 2 people to share. The Chicken & Dressing is amazing with fall apart tender chicken and the perfect moist dressing. Great cabbage & thick black eye peas was perfect for our New Years dinner away from
