One of the better pizzas in Waco!Definitely could go here to just grab a beer with some friends.“
“Took my sister here for her birthday last night and it was fabulous. We traveled in from DFW and Austin and I was not sure what to expect from Waco cuisine, but I couldn’t have been more pleased. Every dish was delicious and our server was attentive and knowledgeable with my million questions. It’s a relaxed atmosphere that easily dresses up or down, and tables ranged from casual get together to romantic dates. Also - don’t skimp on the Texas Pecan Gelato…it was not the dessert I wanted, but ended up eating the most of!“

“The artisan cheese pizza is great, the toppings are good. Have eaten in and done pick up, same portion either way. Kitchen and bar staff are great. It is 100% a football/sports place tho. Great if you love that. Order out if you don't.Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp, and cutting it close with table heights and spacing. Would be tiresome getting situated and the bathroom is tucked away and small.“
“Best pizza I have had in a longtime. Beautiful scenery and outdoor dinning. Wings were really good as well. Didn’t take long for us to order and get our food. The negative reviews are just a bunch of salty Karen’s who just want to complain. I came from temple and would come back to Waco and bring family to this place, really enjoyed the food and environment“
“I went to Luigi's at lunch, the food was very good. I ordered the lunch salad, it had grilled chicken, tomatos and black olives. It was served with a tomato vinaigrette, very tasty. The meal came with garlic roles, these tasted so good. I will eat here again.“
“I got soup, salad, and fruit, and it was delicious. My son got pizza and really enjoyed it. We do not have this restaurant in Fort Worth, so I was excited to try something new. It was down the street from our hotel, and it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend giving them a try. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to try something different so.“

“Lots of options but settled on this place. I was not disappointed. They were really busy but the young lady taking orders was a gem. We ordered the giant slices, meatballs and the ginger brew. Everything was delicious. The hot honey was my favorite. If you like a little spice pared with a bit of sweetness this is for you. The flying pig was my cousins choice. I liked it but pulled the pineapple off. The meatballs are ample and very tasty. The ginger brew has a hint of spice and is amazing. We ate there and it was a nice little atmosphere. My rating of 4 is due to the food pickup process. They take your number but it's not to page or call. It's placed on the tray. I had a lady pick up some of my order because she ordered the same slice of pizza. I pointed at my phone number and she was trying to tell me she ordered hot honey. I wish they would just use an order number. Also I ordered the 4 meatballs but was initially given 3. They corrected it and handed me 4 hot meatballs. I get it. They were busy. It's logistics and can be easily tweaked. But definitely the difference in a 3-4 or 5 rating. However it would not deter me from returning for more hot honey if I were in town.“

“My friend and I arrived close to closing time.Our server was very friendly and she did not hover!!I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni mushroom and extra cheese. I asked that it be cooked extra crispy and my pizza arrived absolutely perfect.For just a medium pizza it was slightly pricey, but it was absolutely excellent. If you're on the fence about going here, you've got to get over yourself and just try the food ?“
“While visiting family in Waco, Texas we met up at Slow Rise Slice House. The service was good. The pizza and boneless wings were good as well. The reason I gave four stars is because the delivery of the food to our table seemed disorganized, despite using the buzzing circular pagers for orders. They share a building with a local coffee shop and part of their seating is on that side. Next time we're in Waco we'll probably try them again but maybe not on a busy Friday night.“
“Everything was good except the burnt crumbs that are left in the oven, stick to the bottom of the pizza. This significantly changes the taste from good to a tangy burnt flavor. ?Really have to clean that stuff out regularly throughout the day because it makes a very good product end up not being so tasty.“
“Hi guys, as you can see, we were so hungry. I almost forgot to take photos. So my daughter, wife, and myself enjoyed the lunch. The wings and the fries are a 10 and a must get, no matter what you order.the wings were crispy on the outside and juicy. The fries are so crispy. It's almost like they dipped them in funnel cake batter. I'm giving a 4 star because they would make my pizza crust crispy. Again, sorry for the lack of good photos.“
“Went to Waco for the eclipse. I'd been to Bubba's before, but not this location. I had my teenage son with me, as this was a special trip. The food was good, though the Salmon portion was pretty small. My son had the chicken and shrimp combo and seemed to enjoy it. He gulped down 3-4 strawberry lemonades. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is what you would expect. Plenty of options for sports or Chive tv. KCCO.“
