I've been coming to this location on and off for maybe 15+ years. Overall I've had a good experience, but as I've been in the area all these years, I've noticed something common at DFW Panera locations that Panera still hasn't addressed. There's an older man who claims to be a deaf veteran who walks up to tables handing out cards that SMILE! and ask for money. This is the best Panera in the metroplex. The food is awesome and the staff is very friendly. Iain was very attentive and smiled the whole time. He even made me laugh. He is the shining star of Panera Bread.

They raised the prices and the food is not the same. The flat bread pizza was dry and tasteless. The child's mac and cheese dry. At this visit they were out of lettuce and tomatoes.
