Some of the best quality pho in all of DFW.They perfected the broth, to what I like at least. The rich, savory and salty beef stock blended together perfectly with the airy aromatics of the spices. The pho dac biet dressing came with everything; beef, sliced brisket, tendon, tripe, green onion & cilantro.One good indicator of a good quality pho is if the tendon is rendered enough to melt in your mouth like butter, which this didn’t miss. Beef lo mein with double meat and chili oil. Heaven! The food is: hot and fresh and beautiful and delicious! The area is clean and the servers are patient. My husband and I eat here at least once a month like clockwork. #I❤️VY's!

Vy's pho is phenomenally standard. Nothing spectacular sticks out from the spring rolls, to the skaken beef, and all the way to the Pho. The prices are also ridiculous for the portion sizes and this is in Watauga Texas. Not a very welcoming vibe and the staff is quite aloof but the food does satiate a desire for Vietnamese cuisine. If I'm in a pinch then it works but if I have the time I'm driving the 20 minutes to My Lan for a proper meal.
