Let's start off with the food, the brisket and ribs were amazing! The sauce is on another level and don't get me started on the portion sizes. They were big enough to feed a starving family. It's mind boggling how this place has not won the best barbecue in Ellis county. Service was friendly, kind and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back and next time we are bringing our friends and family with us.
This place is fantastic! Extremely friendly service. They made you feel like family. We only had the Truth baked potato. It was enough for 3 meals! Sausage on it was good, beef was delicious, and the 2 pork ribs they put on it are some of the best I've ever had.
The Truth is…. This is the best damn BBQ potato, I’ve ever had… it’s got the meats and the cheese and the sauce and some ribs thrown in there… so good! Don’t forget to wash it down with Truth Water available in various shades of legitimate.
