I've lived in Waxahachie for over 30 years and have often heard great things about Pop's over the years, but I never tried them. I love going to see the vintage cars when they'd have their shows at Pop's, but always failed to eat. Shame on me because I was missing out on GREAT food! Finally tried them on Friday, February 16th, when I went there to check out motorcyles after a man, who goes by Tank, that I'd met and spoke with while checking out THE SHOP on Main Street in downtown...read full review
The food was great. The price was a little more than I liked, but really, the food was good. There was love music tonight when I was eating. It was 2 young kids playing rock music, and they really were extraordinary. I had a great time and can't wait to go back.

What a fun place! All sorts of car and music memorabilia on all the walls. Root beer in a frosty mug. Shakes, burgers, fries, onion rings. All delicious. But my favorite is the Nichol's poor boy, a fried bologna sandwich to die for, with extra thick bologna, all the veggies, on grilled Texas toast. My pick every time I go.
