Brennan was super polite, helpful and went out of his way to greet everyone he could! He was very diligent with taking care of customers and also ensuring orders were correct! If he isn't already managerial status I sure hope he is soon! I would return again because of the good service provided by Brennan!

This is by far the slowest chickfila I have ever experienced in my life. I moved from Mansfield where there can be a line to the road and they will have you in and out of the line within a few minutes. You would think the new location would be more efficient but it’s not. It’s almost worse . Double the lanes, double the time. While the employees are kind , I think it may need new management or tips from other locations for efficiency. I have never wrote a bad review in my entire life and I’m tired of 2 years of this Chick-fil-A not improving their drive thru times. To add, I went a couple hours after lunch however The time + day shouldn’t matter and add up to 30 min wait. We saw people walking up to the front from their cars in drive- thru . Not looking for a free meal or any free things nor would I accept , please just fix yalls times or call the Mansfield Walnut Creek location and have someone to train your people. & if y’all come back saying curbside or something is faster- save it. End of the day y’all’s DRIVE THRU is slower than any other location ever. Hudson oaks chick isn’t very fast either but faster than yalls.

I ordered mobile order at a stop light that was 1 minute away at 1:25 pm. I did not get my food in the mobile lane until 1:50 because I got out of line to go get my food inside. It was just sitting on a cart. They need to hire more people or close down mobile line if they are too busy without staffing. I was behind only 2 cars when I showed up. We go to CFA because they are a well oiled machine.. normally. This place needs to work on being more efficient.

The BEST fast food salad I've ever eaten! I returned for the same one again! Their new location is so much more convenient. Also, they do a great job of selecting and training their personnel.
Waited 45 minutes for a market salad and to kids meals. Nuggets and friez were cold, and the attendant spilled one drink all over me and my vehicle , no apology or offer to replace it , as second drink had a hole in the cup. We had one drink for three people and a vehicle covered in Sprite and ice Tea. Very unusual for Chick-fil-A.

Spending forty-five minutes in a drive thru, orders coming out to the back of the line. While the front of the line is still waiting on their order. One worker taking orders out for 20 plus cars waiting. Give your worker some help. This is ridiculous and I don't know if it's even worth coming back.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches and BBQ sauce. I got two spicy chicken sandwiches with Buffalo Sauce. I didn't have time to turn around and fix it since I had my 2 month old in the car. Later that day, I got extremely sick for hours. So go here if you want the wrong food and to get sick.
