“This is a neat little museum. Some interesting automobiles tied to history and a few interesting autos tied to local history such as an antique Weatherford Fire Truck that has been restored or maintained in excellent condition. If you are a car guy or gal and or love history stop by. The place is immaculate and the cars are beautiful. It reminds us how car builds from back then seem more artful today. BTW, it’s free. They do have a donation box at the front if you want to contribute to sustaining the facility.“
“❤ this cool little eatery! On the square in beautiful downtown Weatherford in one of Weatherford's historic buildings. Plate size pancakes, old fashioned french toast, sandwiches of every size and shape brings locals and visitors in my the truckloads. It is a small, mom & pop shop so be prepared for a line but absolutely worth the wait! Tables were cleaned promptly, servers and wait staff are very friendly! Right across from the courthouse and TONS of antique shops and stores to walk off the amazing breakfast! You don't want to miss this little gem!“
“Weatherford, TX. Visited last Saturday around 1030am. 2 people.Was seated promptly and immediately our waitress was there. She was so pleasant and greeted us like we had just rose out of the sack with a very hearty " Good morning". She felt very comfortable with us and us with her. What joy she seemed to have as she was bursting with eagerness to serve us asking everything she could ask us to make our visit as pleasing as possible. We ordered and she would check on us every time she came back to check on someone else and our cups were always full of coffee and water. The food was hot, and very delicious.Service was impeccable. If you can make time to stop in Weatherford, TX., ask for Kadence. She was the ultimate server and an asset to their organization.“
“Today, March 14 2024, is my husband's birthday and we are both sick with colds. Our Autistic son walked to Skinny's to buy us dinner and surprise us. I had the chicken tenders and my husband had a hamburger. It was definitely a great meal. Thank you Skinny's for a great meal......“
