Absolutely worse service I've ever received at a BK. I always use the app to order online and have the order ready when I get to the location. I've ordered twice here and twice the order is not ready and I'm having to wait another 20 minutes inside the store waiting for it to be ready. Same thing happened today. And when I spoke with the so-called manager, Jacob, he says their policy is to wait for whoever placed the order online to be in the store to begin preparing the order....read full review

This place stinks like sewage. If you're wondering who called the health department, I did. Management needs to do better. Your sales and customer service are hurting because you don't put enough people. Customer service training isn't even there. No hair nets, hair not inside the cap, no beard nets. If you wear gloves you're not supposed to touch every surface and the food. Tables and floors are filthy. Train your employees!!

Idiots during the night can’t ever get an order right. I had gone through the drive thru 2 TIMES BECAUSE THEY KEPT GIVING ME SOMEONE ELSES ORDER. I had to come back from work after realizing what they did. I asked for my money back, paid 12.97 and got only 12 dollars back. I didn’t even get a full refund but I atleast was surprised they could count to 12.
