Stopped by today around 2:30 pm and had a fantastic experience. Staff welcomed us immediately, took our order quickly, and served us at our table with a smile. The order was fresh and accurate. Thanks for great food.

First time eating at a Carl's jr and service wasn't great.I run a restaurant and I'd be livid if my employees didn't have good customer service.All she kept saying was"anything else"Damn she said it at least 8 times.Felt rushed. I don't like when order takers say "any thing else" after every little thing.When we got to the window no "hi how are you' we just got told our total. Handed out drinks and food with No straws. This is a great Carl's Jr.!!! Excellent customer service! I was in a hurry to order and pay on the app that I mistakenly put the 2 of the Western Bacon Cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap instead of REMOVE the lettuce. I only want to ask for the buns but they took back my burgers and corrected my order even if its my fault. They made my day especially its my birthday today! ?
