Twice now on 2 separate occasions I've requested that they cut my sandwich for me. The first time they didn't do it at all and I chalked it up to forgetting. The second time, they didn't do it and instead just gave me a flimsy plastic knife to cut the incredibly thick bagel sandwich myself. Honestly just so irritating. Just fulfill the request the customer asked for.
Okay as a student on campus here's your choices you got Chick-fil-A which tastes like dookie you got the sushi place and the sushi place is good until it's not good and they got Einstein's bagels Bros and they will never let you down Einstein's is always amazing only problem with Einstein's is they close at 2:00 p.m. but that's not their fault that's my fault because I didn't give them enough funding to do better anyways get The farmhouse it's a good sandwich talk to you later...read full review

The only reason I gave a no vote was because when ordering it reverted back to the corporate website. The location I ordered from was on a college campus and wasn't open for another week. It made no mention of this when I ordered. Otherwise Einstein bagels is awesome.
