Went through the drive thru. Service was fast as expected. Food was what is normal. But very disappointed that they wouldn't give us water cups. None of my kids wanted soda, but they would only give us 2 water cups. It did t make sense because we spent like $20 on food. It's not like we only ordered water. Come on Taco Bell. Do better
The employee working drive through was new I think, so I cut her slack. She was trying. She was young & didn't have a clue how to count back change and giving her a penny so I didn't GET any threw her. She gave me extra pennies back so I asked if she could just take them & give me a nickel. This was done in a calm & kind tone, but she was confused & called her manager over.
