“This is the perfect spot for parents who want to enjoy a cold drink outside while the kids have plenty of space to enjoy themselves! They have a wide variety of local beers, wines and non alcoholic drinks. You can often find food trucks serving something tasty. Recently they've added a fantastic playscape that's built into the hillside. There is plenty of seating so sit back, relax and wait for the best sunset view the Hill Country has to offer.”

They will suggest options.Parking: There are a lot of parking spaces next to the outside parking and along both sides of the area drive ways.It is a very busy place and may take a few minutes to find a spot to park.It has very GOOD FOOD.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access for inside and covered patio eating.”

“We went there for brunch and it was very tasty — we had the quiche and soup, pasta from the kids menu, and the shakshouka. All tasty (the shakshouka has a little spicy heat so FYI for those who don’t like any spice, but it was yummy). The dining area has beautiful glass walls that showcase the pretty trees outside. Everyone was warm when we came in on a rainy day and we noticed in the bathroom that if you round up your check, they donate that little extra to the local school arts program. My only critique was the quiche came out cold, which may have been on purpose, but it would have been even tastier warmed.”

The live music was charming and just the right volume (loud enough to enjoy but easy to converse over). “This is BY FAR my FAVORITE FOOD TRUCK. Not only is the food AMAZING but the service is one of a kind, quick and friendly! The burger was exquisite; it was a good size patty, juicy and to top it off, the veggies tasted very fresh. I’d highly recommend having the burger with a side of garlic parm fries. I don’t know what she puts in the garlic parm fries, but they are to die for.”

“Excellent tacos! We gave this place a try after being unable to connect with the gas station taco joint down the street. Large tacos. Food is fresh and cooked perfectly. Our new go-to for tacos!!”

“Oldies has some super juicy burgers and absolutely amazing sweet potato fries! My only complaint is the price - we got 2 burgers, 2 canned sodas, 1 regular fry and 1 sweet potato at it was $47something (without the tip).”

“I was in town for a wedding and had some down time so decided to head over to Tacos El Tizon for some food. I got my order taken quickly and waited about 10 minutes for my food to go. I got the burrito with meat. I should have gotten the chicken because the meat was too greasy. But overall the burrito was big, stuffed and grilled! I ordered a cheeseburger for my wife. I have to tell you it was awesome. And the fries were amazing and plenty of them. That was where the 5 stars are at. Next time I'm going to get the cheeseburger. I do recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and make sure you're happy. I'll be back for more!! ?”
