Most tender brisket I have ever eaten. I tried the turkey, burnt ends, brisket, and ribs. Next time, I'm getting straight brisket, and maybe a couple of ribs. It's not something I should be eating every day, but I could.
Excellence in execution. Very clean and organized establishment with lots of staff and parking. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Menu was clear and concise and easy to read.I ordered the three meat plate with brisket, ribs, and jalapeño sausage. Particularly surprising to me was the pork ribs. Cool BBQ atmosphere! Waited in line about 30 mins. Got the family meal. We had brisket, ribs, turkey, chicken and sausage. Sides collared greens, baked potato casserole, jalapeño corn. Sides were good but small portions. Meats were good. Brisket a little dry. Overall a good meal.
