“This place is really nice, I like the country home town cafe feeling of the place. The food is really good and staff is really kind. The owner is one of the nicest people i've ever met and it was a pleasure to meet her.”

“Great place to eat breakfast, welcoming atmosphere and customer service was excellent. We were greeted and we chose a table with booth and chairs. Fun, western, country music decor environment, barnwood walls, We both had breakfast plate specials, and they were hot when brought to the table, the biscuit and gravy was warm and memorable.Definitely try this one out, unfortunately they aren't open on Sunday's. So schedule some time to visit this gem on one of the other days like we did. I spoke with the staff and until the influx of customers picks up, their hours will remain the same for now.This little joint is right in the heart of Yantis and had been redone in and out, apparently for the better. So if it's been a while since your family hadn't eaten here or your looking for a cool new place with friendly people try this place and you won't be disappointed.God Bless.”

“Weve eaten at Jackys quite a few times for lunch and dinners. Food is very good, arrives hot and timely. We went for Valentines a couple of yrs ago and that dinner was great. Excellent, friendly service and reasonably priced.”

“This Cajun food and seafood is the best around. There catfish and shrimp platter are so so good. I don't eat them but Lots of people love there crawfish. The restaurant is seasonal (Spring & Fall) so make sure there open. Highly recommend”

“Wonderful cozy cafe. Our favorite catfish and shrimp place. Ronny and Sara are very friendly and treat you like family. The fried pies are delish. Waitresses are all very friendly as well Sara and Ronny’s mom Nancy is the cutest lil lady in the place. She is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend if you haven’t been you should go. Every thing is cooked fresh”

“I spent a few hours at Speakeasy today. Overall very pleasant. The supply chain perhaps seems a bit strained. It is a Friday and they didn’t have any milk this morning during the 9-10am rush. That seemed odd. Fortunately, I have no issue with oat milk or almond. The food was overall satisfying. I tried the cheesecake which was excellent and creamy like I prefer. The fruit cup/container was pretty good but some of it seemed past its prime - especially the blueberries that were turning a shade of gray. Also was looking to try a couple beverages. The flat white with almond milk was great - no complaints; the strawberry banana smoothie was pretty good too.I asked where the coffee was sourced and the lady wasn’t sure; said maybe San Antonio. The quality of the bean definitely seemed above average and I would go back and try a few more coffee drinks next time I’m in town. As you can see in the videos, this place is huge and felt very spacious and easy to hang out in a peaceful nook or mingle with others. Hope this helps.”

“We went with a large group of 19. It was a Friday night and a Lake Fort bass tournament was going on, so they were booked solid. We did have a wait, I would guess about an hour, but well worth the wait. The staff took our orders for drinks, no too long after they took our food orders. Even as busy as they had been, and then to get a group the size of ours they were great! As for the food, spectacular! My wife had the shrimp marina, and I, the Fruitti de Mare. The marinara sauce is out of this world. The shrimp, calamari, mussels, and scallops were delightfully flavorful.”

“I stopped in for a quick breakfast at this cute little hometown spot. I had an easy 2 egg breakfast with coffee and everything was cooked to order. The service was hometown and you could tell there were several regulars there too. I would go back when I am passing through again.”

“Had a bad lunch elsewhere and was still hungry so I decided to call and see if they did pizza by the slice because I didn't have a lot of time before my appointment. The lady was super nice and accommodating and the chicken bacon ranch pizza was very tasty. I will definitely be back to sit down and enjoy it more with the family.”
