This was the worst Taco Bell experience I've had in a long time. It took exactly 20 minutes from the time I ordered for my take out order to be ready. The tortillas were so stale they felt like cereal box cardboard. The burritos were made poorly with all the beans on one end, the rice in the middle, and the cheese on the other end. Yes, Taco Bell makes cheap food, but other locations make it faster and better. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house, so I will visit it again...read full review
New Year’s Eve my son and I went to the American Fork location to grab a bite, the woman working was named Ashley and she had the absolute best Customer Service!! She was very kind and super sweet. We took a min to decide what to order and she was very polite and patient offering great service & letting us know the specials.. I just want to give a 5star shout out to Ashley!!!
