Not all the hole in the wall places are a surprise. We were tired of the usual breakfast restaurants that we had been visiting and so we tried this local favorite. We found the service and food wonderful. The place itself seemed like it could use some upkeep. My seat by the window had a frigid draft that kept me cold through our entire visit. We had some simple breakfast items and they were served comparable to the busyness of the restaurant that day - it was pretty packed. Tangie's is, in a sense, what would happen if you converted your grandma's kitchen and dining room into a dine-in. You get the cute charm of nostalgia with all of the beautiful apparel and aesthetics, the mood is simple and happy, and the food is absolutely amazing, and for the prices they ask, I think it's a deal I'll never turn down!
