Brighton is my home mountain. I've been skiing here for the past few years, it's hard to beat a mountain that really has it all. I've had issues this past year with Boyne rewards, but they are a separate issue with their points system after purchasing a season pass online (be aware of if you're signed up on rewards before purchase or they will not give you the points. Creating a Boyne ID apparently doesn't automatically sign you up for free rewards?) Anyways.. I wanted to recognize the awesome staff this season for all of their help, kindness, and attentiveness throughout the year. Shout out to Gary, Emma, Mike, and the daytime maintenance crew. These guys are always working their butts off to make sure it's a clean and well taken care of resort. Also, shoutout to Mia for fixing my pass when it was having issues, she went out of her way to make sure it was a smooth rest of the trip for me. Bosses, your workers deserve a raise! I will always have love for Brighton resort!

I did not feel safe skiing at Brighton Resort. In fact, I got hit by a young, out of control skier while I was standing off piste waiting for the crowd to clear before taking a run. Never saw a patroller or mountain safety employee in the three hours we were on the hill, which would probably help mitigate the mayhem. The lift lines are the worst - absolute chaos! The lines slope down to the lifts, there’s no room to queue and most (especially the many beginners who ski here) struggle to get through the line and on the chair. The lift ops are of little help, more interested in dancing to their tunes or talking to each other. It’s a shame as the mountain has some fun terrain and great snow, but the overall experience was most unpleasant. Cannot recommend.

Poorly laid out lifts. Too many inconsiderate snowboarders that like to go to close to other people. There are other superior resorts like Alta and Park

Not a bad area, expensive, and parking is horrible. There is a distinct locals only feel to the area which has escalated to several skiers bring confronted by locals in the area, and a few even had a gun pulled on them and told they were on private property (they weren't).I never thought a ski area could be a place for gun violence; just be aware of the situation and either be prepared to bring you own gun for self defense in case things get crazy, or just avoid altogether. It's a delicate situation right now.

It’s sad to see how busy Brighton has gotten but their lack of organization is not helping . Many pot smoking rude employees not caring about doing their job well . Lines are a mess parking lot is a mess . Been going to Brighton many many times over the years . What are they thinking on the crest lift brand new beautiful lift but the loading onto the lift is crazy slope making a giant mess . I’ve been plowed into so many times from guests that stop on a hill. More improvements are being needed not to mention the lodge not seeing any love for 40+ years

Great frontend staff, Great resort, awesome snow.... terrible booking process and website. It is unnecessarily complicated to buy or reload a lift pass. (I counted 12 steps) You also can't book parking simultaneously and purchase a lift ticket. When the website gets buggy, they have a customer service number... that tells you to refer to the website. I want to remphasize that I love this resort and the frontend service you get, but it would seem the behind the scenes crew sucks. 5 stars for the Brighton resort crew 1 star for the dev and business team.

Really great resort with some good skiing. They're particularly great for new and inexperienced skiers - the lessons were great and the folks leading them were friendly but firm and made sure that you left the day a better skier. Rowan E in particular stood out and I hope to work with him again in the future.

The mountain is great. The staff not so great. Almost everyone we interacted with who worked there had an “I don’t care” attitude. When we were trying to park we were waiting on the parking attendants, who were all goofing off and laughing with each other, for almost a full minute before they noticed us. And then they were absolutely rude saying things like “you can’t just park wherever you want” while physically mocking us with pretend dumb faces on… yea, that’s why we were idling here waiting for you to tell us where to park…? This happened on Sunday Mar 3rd around 8:15amThe staff also had no line management similar to other resorts, pretty much a lift 101 necessity on a crowded day. It was an absolute free for all trying to get onto the lift. I saw multiple families with children get separated at the loading gates due to the chaos, pushing, and line cutting.

Brighton seems like a small fun mountain, great for beginners or an alternative to the bigger mountains. Unfortunately, my experience on Saturday was the worst experience I have had at any ski resort, ever. We purchased pm 4 hour night passes for $125 (after tax) starting at 1pm. The website said all lifts were open and didn't mention anything about closing early. Upon arrival we were informed they were closing at 4pm. After a brief lightning storm at 2:15, they closed completely. After skiing 3 runs in 70 minutes, guest service said they could not offer any refund. They gave us a voucher subtracting $25 per run. This will be the last time I ever ski at Brighton. Please do better.
Parking situation is a joke. Once you do walk a mile from the parking lot, you need to walk up a steep hill covered in snow in order to get to the lift ticket booth. Their main lift slopes down and is crowded as can be resulting in people falling and slipping over. Not sure why they have a treadmill that shoots you over to the lift either as it’s extremely dangerous. The mountain itself is nice but the daily operation is a joke.

Good luck trying to get

Took my team on a business trip. One of my employees has never been snowboarding before. Paid for tickets, gear, and lessons. When i walked into sign my employee up for lessons, you fill out a sheet on ride experience level. You also communicate with the staff. Seems simple right! Meet here….instructor will be located here…To get to the point, my employee was 15min early and no one was around. He walks back to talk to the staff, and they pointed him to go outside the building to find a red jacket (There was no red jacket to be found). My Employee left and sat at the restaurant tell we meet up. They did refund me his snowboard rental and ticket/mine. Truly, frustrating and a waist of time.
