“We were looking for a breakfast spot on a weekend and noticed this place had banana bread French toast, which is my husband’s two favorite things in one. Unfortunately the dish was a bit underwhelming because the banana bread is dry and doesn’t really absorb the egg batter. French toast should be moist inside and this was not. I had a build your own skillet with onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepper jack, and brisket on top of tater tots and that was excellent. The brisket was soft and well seasoned. The tater tots were super crispy. 10/10. Even the unnecessary biscuit it came with was fabulous - fluffy, lots of layers. The mustard bbq sauce was an accidental discovery and is amazing. We’d come back here for sure but we won’t be getting the banana bread French toast. The service is also super fast and the staff is very nice and accommodating.“
“Holy smokes. Can you say amazing!? Yes, it’s a little jaunt from the freeway, but absolutely worth the drive. It’s kind of out in the middle of nowhere outside of Cedar City. The best tasting hamburger, and cheese curds. It is very much a home cooked meal feel while being in a rustic western atmosphere. My entire party was highly impressed with all of the food. There is a bar attached to the restaurant. These guys are even open on Sunday. Do yourself a favor and simply choose this place to eat and make the drive. You’ll be happy that you did.“
“We got takeout to go to the winery across the street. I had the 1/2 and 1/2 with the Cali taco salad and the TBLTA. My husband had a double bacon cheeseburger. We had a banana cream pie for dessert. The service was fast and in general we were satisfied with our food. The TBLTA had the thinnest crispiest bacon on it and the sourdough bread was soft and yummy. I was a little underwhelmed by the Cali taco salad - it was just lettuce, cheese and sliced turkey. My husband enjoyed his cheeseburger tho he said it was greasy. The banana cream pie was very heavy and tasted of fake banana. Almost gloppy though the crust was yum. The whipped cream on top was cool whip which was disappointing. We’d go back for sandwiches but skip dessert next time.“
“Who doesn’t love a good Diet Coke served in a giant Mason jar? We got here at 8:30 am and were the only ones in the place. Our server assured us they were open and everything picks up at 10:00. College town and all.We had wonderful service by Maddie who was welcoming, friendly, accommodating and engaged in just enough conversation.Usual breakfast fare was so delicious and prices were great.Thanks Maddie for a delightful morning. ❤️“
“The service by Regan was great, we ate at the bar, I had the sliders and my husband had the fish and chips. The menu is limited, I really wanted some type of salad option which wasn't offered but what I had was cooked fresh & very good. I noticed an air freshener odor which was a bit overwhelming for me.“
“I love donuts. I’ve had donuts from New York, to Florida, to the famed Voodoo donuts in Washington State. This is by far one of the best donut shops I’ve ever been to.The dough is so light and fluffy just like a donut should be. The maple icing tastes like maple instead of just sugar and the chocolate icing is superb. The cake donuts are just as dense as cake donuts should be and packed with flavor!I’m seeing complaints about pricing and I feel the need to defend this local entrepreneur. If you want cheap dry donuts that lack the flavor profile you can only find from a professional, then by all means go to Lin’s and get your donuts.If you want to support a lovely entrepreneur with a passion for the craft while only using the best ingredients, then come here! “Great flavor and great price. I don’t want to talk the place up too much because I want to keep it for myself but I think the place is here to stay. The interior seating/dining area leaves something to be desired but it’s fine because I love the flavor of their burgers. And it’s a restaurant that my family can all agree on, which is not a common occurrence. I will be back whenever I can when I’m in town in cedar city! Can’t wait to try the rest of their food.“
