“The family who ran the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. The place its self was very small and had a very quiet, calm atmosphere. I don’t usually leave reviews but the food was too good not to. We had the curry pho (beef) and pad kra prow (chicken) and both were wonderful. The portions are huge and we definitely could’ve just gotten one dish but we are so glad we tried both. We were visiting from 1,000+ miles out of town and would 100% go back to this place if ever in town again.“
“This place exceeded my expectations. All the food was hot and fresh. Sauces were a little gloopy but was not bad overall, kids liked it very much. Service from our server Kena was excellent (friendly and fast), and although there's a lot of meat on the menu, they are friendly and accommodating to vegans and vegetarians. Portions are big and amazing value - four of us ate a big lunch for about $40. “Wonderful as usual. Great food. Every time we come to Cedar City we have to stop in and experience the food. I had the whole fish and it was up to expectations. The other dish was the Seafood Combo and absolutely delicious. We will continue to make this a mandatory stop.“
“Best Thai food that I've eaten since living in Los Angeles, years ago. The one Thai restaurant near me, in Montana, should set up shop next to this Cedar City place to get the scoop on how Thai food and service should be done. Try the steamed dumplings and the papaya salad. They were great!“
“We ate here on May 24, 2023 (sorry for the late post). We'd never been in Cedar City before, and we certainly did not expect a relatively isolated town in the mountains of southern Utah to be the home of a top-flight Chinese restaurant. Nevertheless, this was a phenomenal dinner choice where we enjoyed one of the very best Chinese-cuisine meals ever! The food was great, the choices were plentiful, and the service was friendly and professional. Frankly, we had only one complaint with the Mandarin...it's 1,836 miles from our house!“
