A little simpler than Cafe Rio, but very tasty. The burrito I ordered was big and had lots of toppings inside. Clean restaurant, and not busy at all. It’s nice that they offer brown rice and wheat tortillas, for food weirdos like me.
We had always wondered how good Barbacoa was, and tonight when our usual restaurant was closed, we thought we would try Barbacoa Draper. When we walked in the employee was far more concerned with his phone than the food or customers. Both employees seemed to not want to be there, and it showed. They barely made eye contact and didn't say much at all - even when we asked questions. I also received the wrong change, but it was not worth trying to communicate so I just accepted it....read full review

Generous portions at a decent price. They still have a great taste and I go there every time I want a classy burrito I can still hold in my hand. They just added the ability to have a smothered burrito so they can compete with Cafe Rio. I feel that is unnessesary but apparently it matters to some.
