My boyfriend and I decided to do something special for date night so we visited The Nordic Yurt. First of all, the sunset snowshoeing from the Soldier Hollow Nordic Center to the Yurt was so beautiful. Not too challenging and incredibly scenic views of the surrounding mountains and valley. We had the most amazing time dining at the Nordic Yurt! Booking was super simple and the website was very detailed with all the info we needed.The owners (Kate and Brian) were very helpful with any questions we had, and our guide (Chris) was amazing and a wealth of knowledge on Utah outdoors!We can't wait to come back soon!
