Seems like they got a whole new staff, no one knows what they are doing there. The last two times we’ve gone we have done on online through the drive thru. First time it seemed like they didn’t even know what an online was. Second time it took them forever to even figure out we had an online when we said it at the drive through thing before even pulling up to a window and then we got told they were waiting on 2 hashbrowns and then they proceeded to come out with our food and...read full review

I've heard McDonald's is moving away from customer service in terms of traditional meet and greet order your food at the front desk. Most every McDonald's that I've been to including this one is very reluctant to interact with their customers and prefer that everything be done online or at their kiosks. I'm not a fan of this type of business but as per McDonald's protocol everything is as expected with not much variation and how the food is made from place to place.
