I've been enjoying Neilsen's with my family for a long time. They are always an excellent choice for good food or dessert, the name can be deceiving as they are actually a diner! Turkey grinders are amazing and their fry sauce makes the meal sublime.I recommend above all their concrete, it isn't just for sidewalks anymore! i've only had the frozen custard but i found it to be quite good. really smooth and creamy. the service is good and decently fast. i usually go thru the drive thru so i can't really comment on the ambiance but i will go back.

Love love love their ice cream. Their food is sub par at best. My husband and I waited 10-15 for our food. When my husband bit into his corn dog, it was frozen.I’d recommend this restaurant for ice cream and ice cream only.
