“The food is really good and the service was great. I would come here again. It's a cute little spot in a strip mall. High quality fish. I'm doing a very strict diet right now and it was a pleasant surprise to be able to get almost everything they offer. Great place for a healthy, satisfying dinner.“
“We were so impressed with the wide variety on the menu, the deliciousness of the food, and the kind service. We ordered alpastor tacos and a huge family platter with steak, chicken, Shrimp, cactus, onion that came with rice, beans, picó de gallo, tortillas, and guacamole. It was delicious!!! It was the first time I had cactus, and it was wonderful. My son has had it several times, and he said it was the best he had ever had. The food is VERY authentic. If you want authentic food, with good music playing, and a great salsa bar...go here.“
“We had the all you can eat sushi for $26. 2 rounds were more than enough to be completely satisfied. Some of the portions are big. For instance if you order 1 rounds of firecracker they will bring you a plate of like 6 or 7 so keep in mind they will bring a bunch. If you have left overs, there an overcharge. We had like 9 rolls left over the overcharge is like $15ish give or take. We were a party of 4, ended up paying $126 total with tax included. No alcoholic drinks, just water.“
“My experience was good here at this Sizzlers in Layton. The food was really good minus the mash potatoes. They were really drenched with gravy. But the steak and chicken was very delicious. Our server was great and on top of refills, etc. Overall a great experience. Would for sure recommend.“
“I was hesitant, an all you can eat seafood buffet in Utah. However, everything I ate tasted good. My favorites were the cold shrimp and cold crab legs. But literally everything I had was good tasting. I will say, the raw oysters looked scary, so i avoided them. As for service, they didn't explain the drinks were by the can, no fountain drinks, and no alcohol. The restaurant shows its age on the inside. But, so long as I'm not sick later tonight or tomorrow, I'll go back.“
“I tried Hook and Real without hearing about it or checking reviews.It was great Seafood!We did the boil, this was is where they have your food on a plate, it’s in a plastic bag when they bring it out the plastic bag is blown up like a balloon!We’ve eaten there a few times now.We took our friends from Florida and they also loved it!Parking: At night time the parking lot can fill up, but the other bushes businesses near by are closed at night, so there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: It has fishing decor on the walls and ceiling , kids love looking around and finding different fish or fishing equipment.Wheelchair accessibility: We have a daughter in a wheelchair and it is wheelchair accessible.“
