We went to this place a few years ago & I was so impressed by how much food (especially the meat) you got with your meal but we just went there again with friends & I was disappointed, not only have they cut back on the amount of meat but they put your food container on the scale, then they plop a nice big chunk of chicken then they see it weighs too much so then they pull it back out & put it back in meat bin & look for a much smaller piece to give you.
The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, there's just an overall chill vibe. It's impossible to get bad food here. The Mac salad is awesome, and the Teri chicken and Teri steak are my personal favorites. The Strawberry Guava Lemonade is really tasty too. Definitely worth going if you've never been.
