TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Waited over 35 minutes for a small order. People who arrived after me got their food first even though mine was ordered about 20 minutes in advance. Asked for an update to let the customer know, and the staff member (short, heavyset, ginger hair, white) said “don’t come here again if you don’t want to wait!” Essentially shoving the food in my hands. They charged me for my drink, didn't bring it out ( I know, I should have noticed, even though she begrudgingly made an extra trip out for the forgotten condiments and still not the drink) and then their phone number is disconnected and I have no way of getting hold of them to let them know. I live 15 miles away.

Tried to go through the drive through 2.5 hours before closing at the Brigham location. After waiting and trying to talk through the speaker we pulled around and saw the drive through employee crouching down to hide where we couldn’t order at the window either.
