I recently visited Jamba Juice, arriving just about 15 minutes before closing time. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service from the staff, even though they were in the process of closing the store. Used to LOVE this place. I take care of seniors and a lot of them need to have some protein and the best way is a smoothie. I USED to suggest this to a lot of my clients. Ever since their remodel and change in staff I can't get them to answer the freaking phone for a simple question. I don't mind being placed on hold. I couldn't decide on what kind of smoothie I wanted, so I asked this sweet Gem if They would choose for me , They were very considerate of what kind of tastes I was a fan of, it was a cool conversation to have. They gave a smoothie I absolutely fell inlove with and I will be back to this very store because of how sweet the environment was
