For a location that forgets the food 90% of the time, they sure are rude 100% of the time. There are so many other options for McDonald’s very close to this one that I would definitely go to the one in Cottonwood Heights or the one over by the highway down 7200 south. The other locations aren’t that much further, and they will get your order right and staff are more friendly and treat you much better at the other locations. I feel the service and food are coexistent.They are the best McDonalds in the valley.Breakfast burritos are hit and miss.The tortillas were hard this morning. It sucks when you’ve ordered and already driven away and you can’t even get in touch with the manager to get it fixed.

Funny to say, but u get two tones when ordering from the drive through. First u hear a perking young women who loves her job welcoming u, then a Scrooge come on interrupting her asking what u want. Funny but this older women who looks to be in management isn’t welcoming at all. And seems like she is upset or stressed. I’d keep the younger crew in the first window.
