Out of town visiting and came by with friends to eat. Must say the sandwiches were delicious, just wish the greeting once we walked in would have been immediate and not where we asked if someone taking orders. Aside from that really enjoyed it.
Food has always been good here. The service however has taken a massive dive since last year. You may expect to stand at the register for 10 min while the NPCs that make regular eye contact do their best to ignore you to put cleaning supplies away (which is funny since they don't use them.) The tables have leftover food from previous dinners. The slow roasted meat they prepare beforehand will be ready from start to finish before they have 1 sandwich ready. Very disappointing Capriottis! The restaurant was empty at 2pm but every table was dirty. I ordered a medium cheesesteak and there couldn't have been 4 ounces of meat on the entire thing. No thanks!
