“It is rare that I take the time to leave a review for anything. Every Tuesday I get an order to go as part of my routine. I generally don't think much or expect much from service anywhere I go. I just get my food, check it for accuracy and leave. There is one person who I have encountered on a few occasions. All of the people are friendly but this young lady is unique in her ability to make a brief encountered such a positive experience that it sets the tone for the remainder of my evening. It is understandable that any server will focus on the brief and simple transaction of taking the order, receiving payment, and delivering the food. It is rare that someone can turn this exchange in a genuinely personal moment, leaving the impress and feeling that I am important and not just another customer.Of course I am just another customer, I know this. But when she is the one who is there for my "to go" order, I don't feel like it. Her name is Addison and is absolutely uniquely skilled at her job. Or maybe she is just I genuinely nice person, I don't know. What ever the case is, she is exceptional enough to motivate me to write a review, which is rare.“
“Great food! I highly recommend the Miso Salmon. Hefty piece of salmon with a delicious sauce. I couldn’t wait to eat it, and forgot to take a picture before I took a few bites. It was delicious!!!I marked down one star on service because we chose Cheesecake Factory to celebrate three of our birthdays; however, we didn’t get any free cheesecake for the three birthday girls. That was kind of disappointing, we thought they’d do something for birthdays. We ordered some to go anyways! It was delicious, but we were hoping for a little birthday freebie like most restaurants provide. Otherwise, always packed and always delicious.“
“While staying at a hotel nearby, I decided to come here for lunch. I had never been to one of these restaurants, so I decided to try it out.I was immediately noticed and seated.I ordered some mozzarella sticks as an appetizer because I intended to order a catfish basket, not realizing how much food comes in the basket! I ordered the sweet potato fries as the side.Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I'll be looking for the other Hook and Reel locations as I travel the country.“
“As usual, The Capital Grille was excellent. Gabi provided excellent service, the food was perfect, and we left completely happy and satisfied. Every member of the staff is friendly and welcoming. CG is awesome and very consistent. Top performing teams should be modeled after this one. “
“5 stars isn't enough for this establishment. Don't let the location fool you.... the decor is amazing, the environment top notch, the employees all care fpr you and your satisfaction. Absolutely will dine here again the next time I'm in slc. The food... the wine.. . WOW!“
“Great fish and chips shop with unique sauce/fry dip combinations. The mango curry and honey wasabi flavours were both sweet and mild flavours that were nice on both the very crispy fish and the chips. We tried the ceviche, too. It was a different take on ceviche than we are used to, with a tomato-heavy marinade, but it was good and flavourful. It was seasoned well and was a nice contrast to the fried fish and chips.Parking: Plenty of parking in the large lot for the area.“
“This was our first visit at Kimi's since they moved. What an upgrade!!! They were already high quality, but they are now incredibly top notch. The ambience is lovely, the decor and staircase are stunning, and the service is exceptional. The food was delicious on every single plate ordered and our server, Gary, was incredible. Looking forward to our next night out at Kimi's.“
“This place was delicious! It cost us 33 dollars per person and we were nervous about the price at first but it includes everything! We got chicken wings, edamame, egg rolls, chicken gyoza, wagyu beef, shrimp, fish, calamari, noodles, corn, broccoli, sushi, and more. If you're celebrating or just super hungry you just come here.“
“I'd heard rave reviews of the alligator tacos and as the only place in possibly the whole State who serves gator, I knew I had to come to Neutral Ground. I went with a friend who was in from out of town. We both walked in and fell in love with the atmosphere! The whole vibe is very New Orleans. It's very visually appealing. As for the food ?????? AMAZING! The blackened alligator tacos were delish! My favorite dish is a tossup between the andouille sausage flatbread pizza and the fried green tomatoes! The beignets were so good and the dipping sauces only added to the experience. Loved the berry cobbler as well. We truly didn't have a bad bite of food. Our server was next level amazing. He knew when to be attentive and when to hang back. The service was outstanding. Possibly my new favorite restaurant!“
“First time ordering from Seafood Bucket, let me tell you about the sauce, it’s Yummy!( I WANT THE RECIPE TO “ Bucket Style sauce“ ?)I’ve ordered around town with many places that carry’s crawfish but the sauce it’s way different, some taste like melted butter and dry seasoning just all mix together, and some are watered down, and not spicy when you order fire/extra hot.. you do want some kick to the sauce, well I found Seafood Bucket and the sauce is BOMB ! Not just because it’s perfectly spicy when you order Fire but the flavor of the sauce is the real deal try “Bucket Style” all the above” folks, soooo yummy!“
“We had came here for a birthday dinner. Our server was Daniel who we highly recommend, he even gave us some recommendations for drinks off the menu that were fantastic. The bison, relleno, pork chop, and burger were incredible. Truly I’ve lived here for nearly 3 meals and this was the best food, service, and drinks I’ve had since moving here.“
“I would like to say thank you to Dakota who was our server on 2/27. He was so efficient, kind and exceptional at what he does. He thanked my husband for his service as we handed him our USAA debit card to pay for our meal. Being the only server on the floor, he handled himself very well and was very professional. Dakota is someone that can train new servers. He pays attention to details and checks on his tables perfectly. Kudos to whoever hired this young man! He’s a keeper! Thank you Dakota for making our dining experience one to remember.“
“We ordered mahi-mahi tacos, fish and chips and chowder. Food was delicious, tasted fresh. You can’t get a lot of good seafood in Salt Lake so fast casual. Will definitely be back to try more. They have a slappy hour 3-5 & late night deals 8-9.“
“Exceed my expectations!!! OMG I loved everything!! The sushi was so fresh and delicious and the wasabi ?? snow crab was so sweet and delicious! I'm just obsessed and the birthday bash was just so sweet and I'm really pleased with everything will be back!Kid-friendliness: Spoiled my 10 year old nephew with light up sign and cute song and it was so great!!“
“Great new place. Staff are attentive but not overbearing. Florida, our server was a pleasure. Very knowledgeable about all menu items. Substitutions were not a problem. Atmosphere is nice. A few Italian country music would make it great.Food was delicious. Bruscetta and Calamari appetizer were very good. Fresh parmesan cheese. Calamari was good, with very light breading.Main courses were large and well prepared. All were good. Thanks to all Napoli staff for a wonderful dining experience. The 4 from Colorado.“
“The Prime Filet Mignon with Old Bay Herb Butter and Sauteed Cauliflower was the best plate I've ever had.. ever.. All of it, the entire experience, You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU CAME HERE! It's going to blow your mind!!“
“I was visiting Sandy and wanted to try something local and came across Localz Bistro (true to its name). Went during lunch and tried the Jambalaya Wrap with Chicken and Seafood Gumbo soup. The soup was really good. There seemed to be only one server (John.B) during that time and he was nice and welcoming.“
“SLC Eatery exceeded my expectations! We went for Sunday brunch and were so impressed by the service, the food, and the overall atmosphere. It felt very welcoming and comfortable. The menu offered a good variety of options including vegetarian and vegan fare. The coffee was also excellent. I highly recommend the huevos rancheros! Make a reservation if you plan on brunching so you are sure to get a table.“
“This Mexican sea food is delicious; their ceviche tastes so fresh. I wouldn't have thought it was going to be this delicious. Their churros taste so fresh too, not like the frozen ones. Great customer service, and the place looks clean and is nice inside.“
“The poke is great. Service was top notch. Explained the process and the food. Let us try a taste of the poke. I love that it is pole and line caught. They believe in sustainability and good clean food. Definitely would recommended. We love trying all the poke places. This was so good!“
“Fantastic seafood. We had the family meal, and it was great. Lobster, crab, shrimp, corn cobs, potatoes, shrimp, mussels, clams, crawfish, and broccoli. It fed 2 adults and 4 kids for $99, and all of us were stuffed. We started with the crab fries and finished with the beignets.“
“My wife and I had our wedding dinner here and we decided to come back for our anniversary. This was the best service and food I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Multiple times we had different works come up and check on us and also congratulate us on our anniversary. It really felt like the staff went above and beyond to make it a special night for us. We plan to come again next year and start a tradition for our anniversary at Flemings. Thank you for making it a special night out for us.“
“Wife is Peruvian, so her bar is set pretty high. I'm just a latino de corazon that loves peruvian food. I can say that this was my favorite pollo a la brasa I have had in Utah. The potatoes as others have mentioned are fresh cut and delicious. I ate them with the fantasic aji verde and man, it was delicious. The service while were there was ... fine. not flawless. Maybe they were short staffed but it was right at noon. Another table mentioned to the waitress (although he was not very nice) that he had asked three times for his inca cola. So, if true... then i mean, i'm kinda with him. but he did other things to. I plan on going back and getting some ceviche and lomo saltado and will leave another review. Why do all peruvian places play cumbia??? will change to 5 stars if we can just have some mana or anything but cumbia or ranchera.“
“Found this restaurant completely by chance, and since our family spent several years in Spain, we really wanted to try it. It's a very attractive building and looks well cared for, inside and out. Our server, Zack, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My father-in-law wanted the seafood paella, so I called to pre-order as suggested on their website and had no problems ordering except minimum order is for two (although at the restaurant I heard them tell another table that single servings were available - I would have preferred that, but I guess there was a misunderstanding. ) The hot roll with oil & vinegar was fresh and tasty, the calamari appetizer was excellent and cooked perfectly, and the sherbet palate cleanser was a pleasant surprise. However, we were not thrilled with the main courses. I thought the paella was somewhat bland. There was plenty of fish, shrimp, mussels and classic, but there wasn't much flavor. My wife found her New York strip (Filete de Ternera) to be tough and hard to eat, but the asparagus was perfection. It was an interesting experience, but I don't think we'll be back.Parking: You will have to enter from Spring Lane as it is inevitable Only on Highland Drive.“
“The chicken tika masala and coconut korma is delicious here. I like the decor. Staff is authentically Indian. I would come eat here again. I took my significant other and her family here and they all loved it. It was their first time eating Indian food.“
“First time customer, found it just via google and reviews. I was very impressed with the atmosphere. Food was good and good service. Would recommend if you are in the area.Parking: Limited parking. When I went, it was on a weekend it wasn’t too bad but i went with a friend that goes during the week and parking can be crazy busy at that time. Plan accordingly.“
“ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My experience is with the sliders I ordered for takeaway, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The food was phenomenal! Although, I must regrettably admit that I’m unable to describe much to you. The sliders were just too good to taste. As soon as my taste buds caught wind of the awesomeness reaching my face, I went into food frenzied autopilot and wolfed everything down in minutes. All joking aside, I couldn’t believe I got so much lobster for only $20! It seemed like a steal as they provided A LOT, all of which were in big pieces no less! Succulent, sweet lobster on a soft bun was never something I thought I’d enjoy in Utah. I tip my hat to the owners for bringing about such a nifty and unique idea, and rest my case that there is quite an amazing food scene in Salt Lake if you know where to look. I’ll be back! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Excellent! Flavor and attentionWe ordered Thai fried rice and pad see ew (if I remember correctly)The rice had a smoky flavor and the onions gave it a special touch, delicious! And the noodles not to mention! They were glory! The only bad thing about it is that the food was going to run out at some point ? but we will definitely return!“
“Im used to going to restaurants and not being able to eat anything. I’m on a gluten free, dairy free diet and Archibalds is SO accomadating! I had a wonderful gluten free pasta and it made me so happy! The service is also so good and we’ve never waited long for a table. Love this place!“
“Pretty good Chinese restaurant. I went there with a few people and the service was good. We ordered 8 dishes and they are all delicious and come out quickly (we were one of the only two tables at the time though). The atmosphere are ok, just like most Chinese restaurants. Recommended dishes from this meal are steamed fish in soy sauce, soft shell crabs, salt baked shrimps, tofu and shrimp balls, and clams in black bean sauce. Please be advised that the dishes are a bit on a salty side and you might need to balance on what to order a bit.“
“The food was underwhelming, I expected more for the price. It was overly salty and stodgy for my liking. There staff were friendly and helpful with allergies. The atmosphere was niceDietary restrictions: The chef was able to advice on my allergies“
“Fav Bistro is a wonderful place to dine. The flavour in their dishes is unmatched in my experience around this area. It is my favourite place to eat and nervous times I have gone up for take out as I want to relax at home with a good meal. Great job in creating such wonderful dishes.“
“Good food, and great experience! The sailors sauce is delicious, and the food is always well prepared. It’s refreshingly different from other options in Utah and very reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a tasty and fun eating experience, sailors boil won’t disappoint!“
“The Japanese lady it's kind and helpful, this place will give you a real taste on sushi and culture. Taking care also about fusion and international food.. strong taste, flavor.. best sushi In salt lake for now! Loved Maki RollsKid-friendliness: Sillas para niños, menú para niños nutritivoWheelchair accessibility: Rampas y acceso fácil al parking“
“This is one of those family owned, small, but homey hole-in-the-wall Restaurants that is truly a gem! Los Molcajetes Sabor Casero has large portions of moderately priced deliciousness! The restaurant interior holds about 30 people and the waitresses are beautiful, attentive, and helpful. The table salsa was very good and the chips were freshly made thin and crispy. They are open for breakfast and lunch and all items on the menu are delicious. From huevos rancheros, Chilaquiles, tacos, or Milanesa, it is all cooked to perfection. They are willing to make changes for a personal preference as you wish. I highly recommend this small business for flavor, freshness, cleanliness, and professional public relations.“
“Went to mobettahs and their cooks there in west valley just have no clue how to cook the food so., gave back the plates and went straight to lolos right opposite and let me tell you they know how to cook and make the food the way like back in hawaii....Once you go lolos you can't go back! Mahalo Saydee be seeing you soon:)“
“The food was delicious and very well made, everyone got something different but everyone enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very welcoming and has a fun vibe. The person taking our order wasn't very friendly, maybe she was having an off day but she acted like we were bothering her which was irritating considering how much we liked everything else about this place. I still recommend it though“
“Salsas really appreciate it's a little spicy but really good not like burning but just the right temp and the food is good if you like Seafood and burritos and seafood soup ? I like it if you like Puerto Rico food. It's true and good. And if you like music.“
“Really fun atmosphere, the medieval theme brings a playful mood to the experience. The food was Amazing! Everything was prepared perfectly. Each course of the meal blended brilliantly together, with just the right portion of ice cream for dessert. The staff was Awesome! Big smiles, great attitudes. They were quick to help and answered any questions we had.Whether you're enjoying an intimate date for 2 or throwing a staff party, they have room for everyone.Thank you Five Alls for a wonderful birthday dinner and a new cherished memory with my parents.(Pictured is the sunset through the window at our table)“
“This was our first time here. What a hidden treasure. It's literally hidden in an alley basement. Very welcoming exterior, especially given the location. Inside, it was interesting to meander through where people were cozily eating. Once seated, it was great. Fantastic food and margaritas.Parking: Didn't scout the parking ahead of time. Due to road construction, there was no street parking. We slipped into a garage that cost 12.50 for 2 hours, worth it.“
“Nothing better in the world in my world than prime rib that is well prepared. I love clam chowder so that is a bonus and I'll never pass on well prepared veggies and mashed potatoes. So basically like I said in my world they hit a home run several of them. This is a restaurant that represents the best of Utah. Enjoy we sure did!Parking: Besides that, you're going to want to stroll a little bit and explore afterwards.“
“We came here for our grandmas birthday. I got the filet mignon and my husband got the tornadeo oscar. We also got calamari and bruscheta. The calamari was not impressive. In my opinion it tasted like soggy onion rings. In my husband's opinion-he loved the onion rings aka calamari. The bruscheta was delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly at a medium rare. I also got a baked potato that was good too. My husband chose the raspberry bread pudding and that was probably my favorite part of the dinner. It was super yummy. For all of this food it costed about $160.“
“Stopped in late, after 9pm and still received excellent service and fresh delicious food! We ordered butter chicken and vegetable Marsala and they were both so good! Loved the garlic naan as well, definitely recommend. I love the green concrete floors as well, will definitely come back!“
