Sometimes the food is warm I prefer to ask them to drop fries fresh if I'm going to order fries or onion rings because who wants food that's cold when it's supposed to be
I ordered through drive through. I got home and didn't get what I ordered. I was missing sandwiches. I normally don't like to complain but this has happened a few times at this store.

They only had a couple of workers and a manager. She disappeared and it took 20+ minutes to get our meal. People who came in after us received their orders before we got ours. We got the family meal of 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers and 3 fries. Only live a few blocks from them and everything was cold.Not going to happen again!
