Waited over an hour AFTER when my order was supposed to be ready. Asked for a refund about 30 minutes after, and the crew member in the back got upset and said he “just put my order in the oven” and said it will “just be another 10 minutes.” 30 minutes later and it still wasn’t done. When I asked about it, another crew member said they hadn’t even started my order. By this point is was 8:25, it was supposed to be ready at 7:15. Avoid this place! I ordered two pizzas, when I received it, they had given me the wrong one. When I called them they said they would replace it for free and have it delivered with the next Door Dash driver. When the non English speaking driver arrived, the Pizza Hut ticket said I had to pay $32 something for the FREE pizza. I called Pizza Hut again and the guy said I had to have the Door Dash driver cancel the order so I could get credit for PIZZA HUTS mistake. I now have no pizza...read full review
They suck, they forgot 2 items and then the pizza was the wrong type. Accidents happen, but I've called in 6 times now, and all they do is transfer me to talk to someone, I listen to ads for 5 minutes, and then the call disconnects. And now they are telling to call corporate later instead to give feedback...
