I didn't realize how important it is for the beef to be sliced wafer thin. Unfortunately, the order was to go, so we didn't realize this until we were home, but the roast beef was cut so thick, it surprisingly affected the taste in a really bad way. I couldn't even finish the sandwich. The bread was also soggy because of it. Hopefully, this is a one-off and Arby's didn't change their flagship product.
So they shorted us one small item on a drive-thru order...I called and they promptly apologized - I told him I could stop back by to pick up the item (It wasn't a big deal).When we did the next day, the manager gave me a chocolate shake and the neglected item and apologized again.Nobody's perfect, but customer service like this fills in a lot of gaps!We will definitely continue to use this Arby's - thank you ?

The food is usually always really good. The service is great. The location isn't the best since there's no pull around to the front. You have to go back by the drive-through and then pull around. But it's a decent place to eat.
